123hd Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 123hd platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 123hd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 123hd as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 123hd platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 123hd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account found to be ineligible.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that the platform is not accessed by any minors under their care.
Account Creation & Security
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension.
- Users are responsible for keeping their profile information up to date should any changes to their personal details occur.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 123hd customer support immediately.
- 123hd will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Any such request should be reported immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 123hd platform are prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to exploit any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or any other illegal activity using the platform.
- Transferring account balances to other users or carrying out transactions not permitted under platform policy.
- Using the platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
Users are encouraged to play within their financial means. 123hd supports responsible gaming practices and provides further information in the Responsible Gaming. If you feel your usage is becoming a problem, please contact our support team or refer to the available help resources.
The platform reserves the right to restrict access or suspend account activity where signs of abnormal or suspicious usage are detected.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All transactions on the 123hd platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, local bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. Deposits are typically credited within the timeframe set by your chosen payment method.
Withdrawals are subject to account verification. 123hd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first-time withdrawal or where suspicious activity is detected.
123hd reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or any activity that breaches applicable laws.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to claim any remaining balance. Account closures requested by the user will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, allowing balance withdrawals subject to current terms.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Terms Amendments
The 123hd platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 123hd does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or outages at all times. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risk. Any losses incurred while using the platform are solely the user's personal responsibility and do not constitute liability on the part of 123hd.
All content on the 123hd platform — including text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 123hd or its respective licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Users are not granted any rights over the platform's intellectual property other than a limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
